What makes a great beer bar? It is one that your server is the owner? Is it that for each beer you order, it comes in the correct glass? Is it a beer list that blows what you have on tap and in your cellar away? Or is it a fun place that you meet cool people?
The T’ Brugs Beerjte is just that place. Besides being in the beautiful historic city of Bruges, Daisy (owner of the Beerjte) has created a very special place for a beer lover. With a wonderful tap, bottle, aged beer and a fun snack menu, one would never leave if it didn’t close…
We happened to be at the right place at the right time. The collaboration beer between d’AChouffe and Brooklyn Brewery, Brookynette was put on tap just before we left.
After too many (is there such a thing?) wonderful beers, good laughs, meeting fun folks from all over Europe and even America, we toast Daisy. What a wonderful evening, night and early morning. Thanks Daisy! Till next time we are in town.
