Fall Spiced Cream Soda
Cold cream soda on a hot day is a treat that everyone should enjoy.  This version is great for the colder months, with its flavors of fall infused into this elixer.  Even served cold, this will warm you up a tad.

For Soda :

4CupsClover or Orange Blossom Honey
4CupsBakers Sugar
3Tablespoons   Mulling Spices
2Tablespoons   Chai Tea, loose tea leaves (Tea of Republic)
1Tablespoon     Crystallized Ginger, minced
1Tablespoon     Dried Bitter Orange Peel
1Tablespoon     Dried Sweet Orange Peel
1Bottle      Cream Soda Base
8Cups      Purified Cold Water

4Gallons   Purified Cold Water

To make:

In a large pot, combine top seven ingredients and bring to a boil.  Simmer for 10 minutes, to extract out as much flavor as possible.  Remove from the heat and strain into a sanitized keg or sanitized plastic 5-gallon bucket.  Add 4 gallons of cold water and seal (if using a keg).  Shake well. 

Serves 40 (makes 5 gallons)
