Makes 3 Cups

Ingredients:

1    CupCocoa Powder, like Valhrona
1/2CupAncho Chili, ground
1/2CupSugar, organic
1/2CupKosher Salt
1/4CupBlack Pepper, freshly ground
1/4CupCumin, ground



Chocolate Ancho Rub
Directions:

In a medium size bowl, add all the ingredients and mix with a whisk, until you have a uniform mixture.  Add to a quart size jar and seal, until ready to use.
